Description : We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated GTM and GA4 Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role is critical in supporting the implementation of Google Tag Manager (GTM) tagging and troubleshooting Google Analytics 4 (GA4) reporting. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, strategic thinking abilities, and excellent communication skills to support our digital marketing and e-commerce efforts.
Responsibilities:
- GTM Implementation and Management: Set up and manage GTM tags, triggers, and variables. Ensure accurate tracking of user interactions across our digital platforms.
- GA4 Reporting and Troubleshooting: Develop and maintain GA4 reports to track key metrics. Identify and troubleshoot any issues or discrepancies in data reporting.
- Data Analysis and Insights: Analyze data from GTM and GA4 to derive insights that inform business and marketing strategies. Provide recommendations to improve site performance and customer experience.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with marketing, development, and data teams to ensure seamless implementation of tagging and tracking solutions. Communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
- Technical Support and Training: Provide technical support to team members on GTM and GA4. Develop and deliver training materials to enhance team capabilities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Math, Computer Science, digital Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience with Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4.
- Proficient with tools such as Omnibug for GA tracking validations
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and e-commerce principles.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
