Good Knowledge of Sales and Marketing Business Processes, E-Commerce Business Processes, Service Business Processes and Integration Knowledge of Supply Chain and Logistics.
Analyze and refine requirements for delivering the necessary features and functionalities in SAP C4HANA
Develop user stories including appropriate acceptance criteria and testing requirements Conduct Sprint Demos with business stakeholders to ensure developed solutions satisfy the business requirements.
Management of the design and requirement gathering workshops with the customer.
Build and extend SAP CX as a platform to meet customers requirement
Refining customer requirements in terms of features, user stories, and acceptance criteria to prepare for future sprints.
Demonstrating the sprint releases to the customer.
Experience in working with Atlassian toolsets (JIRA, Confluence) used for Agile Project management
Run the workshops and training sessions
Experience in Agile/Scrum Methodology and Working, Sprint Planning, Burn-down chart and other aspects
Ensuring excellent communication and collaboration between all internal and external teams
- In depth knowledge of CRM business processes in Sales service and
Marketing - Experience in conducting requirements gathering workshops and solution
design - Experience on scoping and Fine-tuning the SAP C4HANA solution
- Experience in Key user tools and screen adaptations
- Experience in creation of Org structure, Material and customer data
- Exposure to Integration set up with various SAP/Hybris and non-SAP
systems - Experience in customizing and tailoring the reports as per customer
requirements - Exposure to SAP C4HANA implementation methodology and deployment options
