About the job SAP SuccessFactors- Consultant
Job Description:
8+ years of experience as SAP SuccessFactors Consultant, having worked on three or more implementations and at least one support project.
Work Mode: Mon to Friday 9am to 6 PM (office) Saturday - 1st , 3rd and 5th
Experience Required:
· Valid SAP SuccessFactors Certification is mandatory.
· Extensive experience in implementation of Employee Central, LMS and Onboarding as well as assisting
clients in the selection, implementation planning, fit analysis, testing, rollout and post-implementation
support
· Subject matter expert on role-based permission, Business Rules, imports, Workflows, MDF objects,
Data models, Document generation
· Experience/Knowledge in other modules Goal Management, Performance Management, Succession and
Development Planning, Recruiting, and Onboarding, Reporting is preferred.
· Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and design solutions within the
SuccessFactors system.
· Create detailed project plans, manage project timelines, and ensure projects are delivered on time.
· Provide guidance and support to business stakeholders on system functionality and best practices.
· Develop and deliver training materials to end-users on system functionality and best practices.
· Has good understanding of the SuccessFactors/S4HANA/SAP HCM products to aid in workshops and architect solutions.
· Knowledge of inter-module dependencies in SAP SuccessFactors.
· Aware of all the stages of SAP implementation methodology.
· Good business knowledge of various HR processes and Talent management processes.

· Good understanding of the SAP SuccessFactors HCM suite architecture
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
· Customer interaction in defining and finalizing the HR processes for the project.
· Conducting workshops with key users/end users & preparation of Configuration Workbook, Testing and user training extensively. · Must be able to translate Customer business rules to technical business requirements. \
· Must have good documentation skills, including best practices like maintaining meeting minutes. · Ability to work on multiple projects in parallel and comfortable working with global customers
. · Consultants must be able to work independently and with others; in preparing Configuration workbooks, Fit-Gap Analysis documents, Functional specifications, Impact Analysis Documents.
· Work on Configurations and support other Technical consultants with inputs for Custom Enhancements, and support for testing and bug fixing. · Strong attention to detail and good analytical and problem-solving skills. · Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
