Position: SAP Funds Management Consultant (Public Sector)
Mandatory Technical Skills: SAP FM, S/4HANA, BCS
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced SAP Funds Management Consultant with strong expertise in public sector implementations. The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of SAP FM, S/4HANA, and Budget Control System (BCS), along with a proven track record of successful S/4HANA conversion projects.
Key Responsibilities:

Deliver hands-on expertise in SAP Funds Management (FM), specifically tailored to public sector requirements.

Participate in at least two full-cycle S/4HANA conversion projects (ECC to S/4HANA).

Provide in-depth knowledge of BCS (Budget Control System) and expense control processes.

Demonstrate strong understanding of the Universal Journal (ACDOCA) and other critical S/4HANA data structures.

Offer insights and guidance on process optimization and system enhancements.

Leverage working knowledge of Grants Management (preferred but not mandatory).

Engage with clients in a consultative role, offering functional and technical guidance.

Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to drive solution delivery.

Foster knowledge sharing and team collaboration in dynamic project environments.
Candidate Requirements:

5-7 years of hands-on experience with SAP FM in public sector projects.

Proven experience with S/4HANA conversions (minimum two projects).

Strong business process acumen and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.

Excellent client-facing and communication skills.

Ability to work in a collaborative team environment and manage shifting project priorities.
