Job Description

• 8+ years experience working in Service Now, preferably
• 5 years experience with JavaScript, XML, HTML
• Familiar with SAML authentication and integration with ServiceNow
• Familiar with Service Oriented architecture and web services integration (SOAP, WSDL, REST, APIs)
• Experience creating ServiceNow update sets, promoting and testing through multiple instances and into production
• Ability to adapt to new technologies and evolving customer requirements.
• Excellent analytical and creative problem-solving skills
• Capable of working independently as well as in a team environment.
• Experiencing in implementing and maintaining Discovery and CMDB
• Familiar with UI/UX concepts.
