SAP EWM Functional Consultant Senior Level

PGC Digital (Formerly PradeepIT) is seeking an experienced SAP EWM Product Owner / Lead to drive excellence in warehouse operations and global template delivery. 

Location: Bangalore (or as per project need)

Experience Required:

• Total Experience: 7+ years

• Relevant SAP EWM/WM Experience: 7+ years

• Delivery/Project Management: Proven track record

Modules Involved:

• SAP EWM (Core and Decentralized)

• SAP WM (for legacy understanding)

• SAP S/4HANA Logistics Integration

• Basic understanding of SAP TM (Transportation Management) desirable

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operational Excellence & Support Leadership

   • Own and manage the end-to-end EWM support model for live OpCos

   • Act as an escalation point for critical issues

2. Stakeholder & Advisory Role

   • Serve as a trusted advisor between business units and the global SAP team

   • Coordinate with Warehouse Excellence programs and external vendors

3. Product Ownership

   • Lead product lifecycle activities: maintenance, upgrades, roadmap planning

   • Develop and communicate product vision

   • Collaborate with product architects, tech teams, and partners

4. Agile Delivery Management

   • Refine and prioritize product backlog

   • Ensure high-quality agile delivery for live units

   • Facilitate sprint planning, reviews, and product demos

5. Template Governance

   • Review and align with the EWM global template

   • Lead discussions on process standardization and innovation
