Job Description:

Operations Analyst Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the smooth running of our academic programs by performing operational or administrative tasks that follow one of our playbooks.
• Support the Senior Analyst team on a range of technical and non-technical tasks - building automations, updating data dashboards, building new tools, etc.

Basic Requirements

• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets
• Bachelor's degree in any subject from a top-25 US university, or a top-100 global university
• Able to work 40 hours Monday-Friday between 6AM CT and 6PM CT

Nice-to-have Requirements

• Proficiency in Python and/or Google Apps Script
• Familiarity with Canvas LMS
