Key Responsibilities:

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in SAP ISU and CRM development, with a strong focus on both technical and functional aspects, with at least one full implementation project in SAP ISU.
  • Good programming experience in SAP CRM ABAP, Web UI, BOL/Genil
  • Good to have a S4HANA CM, SAP CRM ISU (Added Advantage)
  • Good domain knowledge in utility companies, including electric, gas, water, and waste management providers.
  • Proficiency in Object-oriented code (OO) with a focus on breaking code into small methods and minimizing code within programs.
  • Ability to independently pick up tasks, work on them, thoroughly test, and deliver results.
  • Familiarity with adding comprehensive documentation within code, both before logic blocks and after most lines.
  • Knowledge and experience in the following development components:
  1. General ABAP and OO code.
  2. ISU and CRM development.
  3. FI (Financials).
  • Additional knowledge and experience in the following development components is advantageous:
  1. BAdIs (Business AddIns).
  2. BDocs (Business Documents).
  3. Workflow.
  4. ALV/SALV (ABAP List Viewer).
  5. SPAU/SPDD (Support Package Adjustment/Display).
  6. SRM (Supplier Relationship Management).
  7. IDocs (Intermediate Documents).
  8. FIORI.
  • Strong problem-solving skills in SAP ISU/CCS CRM functional and configuration aspects.
  • Five or more years of experience in the SAP Module CRM with a deep understanding of its integration with SAP ERP.
  • Experience in implementation projects, including requirements gathering, SAP CRM configurations, testing, and startup support.
  • Proficiency in functional analysis and testing, particularly in SAP Portal and SAP CRM.
  • Excellent communication skills, with experience in providing training, assistance to users (internal/external), and presales support.
  • In-depth knowledge of SAP CRM Service Module, CRM Sales & Marketing, and interfaces with ECC.
  • Understanding of cross-domain functionalities, dependencies, and cause-effect fundamentals.
  • Familiarity with sales contracts, quotations, sales order document types, item categories, and item category determination.
  • Transaction settings for various service order processes, including service quotations, service plans, service confirmation, service contracts, and service complaints and returns.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Techno-Functional SAP ISU/CRM Developer with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience, including at least one full implementation project in SAP ISU. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both technical development and functional configuration of SAP ISU and CRM modules. This role will involve working closely with cross-functional teams to analyse business requirements, design technical solutions, and implement and support SAP ISU/CRM systems.
