Job Description:
Role: Oracle Cloud HCM Integration Lead Consultant
Location: Bangalore
Experience:
9+ years of experience in Oracle Cloud HCM Integration space, having worked on three or more implementations and at least one support project.
Experience Required:
- Extensive experience in conception and implementation of integration scenarios between Oracle Cloud HCM and SAP HCM on-premise with Bosch Integration Template
- Conception and implementation of custom integration scenarios between Oracle Cloud HCM and other systems with Oracle OIC.
- Lead roll outs of integrations with expertise in these technologies - REST/SOAP, Oracle OIC, SQL
- Expertise in developing OTBI/BI reports.
- Experience/Knowledge in modules Oracle Cloud Core HR, Recruitment, Compensation, Talent Management, Benefits, Time & Labor modules is preferred.
- Prepare process flows, data flow diagrams, requirement documents, design document, user training and onboarding documents to support upcoming projects and enhancements Provide guidance and support to business stakeholders on system functionality and best practices.
- Hands on experience in Unit Testing and UAT of issues and collaborate with the business users to obtain UAT sign-off.
- Has good understanding of the Oracle/SAP HCM products to aid in workshops and architect solutions.
- Knowledge of inter-module dependencies in Oracle HCM products.
- Aware of all the stages of implementation methodology.
Experience Good to Have:
Good business knowledge of various HR processes and Talent management processes.
Good understanding of the Oracle Cloud HCM suite architecture
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Customer interaction in defining and finalizing the HR processes for the project.
- Guide the Customer through facilitated Design sessions and Configuration decisions based on good-practice / best-practice and an understanding of the Customers unique business requirements at all stages of the project
- Must be able to translate Customer business rules to technical business requirements.
- Demonstrate leadership capabilities by working with clients directly and leading the engagement.
- Consultants must be able to work independently and with others in preparing Configuration workbooks, Fit-Gap Analysis documents, Technical specifications, Impact Analysis Documents.
- Strong attention to detail and good analytical and problem-solving skills.
