Retrieving the POT confirmation from the customer/forwarder through mail box Upload the Proofs into SAP system Archive attachments in the Customer Portal room Dunning process will happen every month for unconfirmed deliverables Review meeting with Customer on status update Every month - Reminders to be sent on 18th on request for the POT to forwarders/customers Dunning process to happen every month on agreed data and time Every Month - Ensure every 25th the open POT lists are sent to forwarders/customersSkill Set:

• Experience in Purchase & Logistics with minimum of 2 years
• Basic knowledge in MS Office and SAP - Good in English Communication
