Job Description:
Primary Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the business to understand requirements and evaluate available business processes in Workday, suggesting suitable options.
- Implement required changes across the Workday landscape, from development to production tenants.
- Manage delivery expectations and provide timely responses in all engagements.
- Oversee third-party delivery in support of service readiness activities and OAC compliance.
- Support, manage, and estimate change and/or support services.
- Assess functional specifications and provide impact assessments.
- Assist in the development of fit-for-purpose system enhancements and solutions in collaboration with UK-based support teams.
- Manage incidents and problems through to resolution, applying UK-based processes for changes.
- Adhere to appropriate processes and standards as defined by the UK-based support team.
Essential Qualifications:
- Comprehensive knowledge of Workday core HR and Payroll, with an understanding of end-to-end Payroll business tasks.
- At least 4-5 years of experience in Workday support with strong analytical skills.
- Experience in Core HR (Manager Hub, People Hub dashboards, reports).
- Extensive knowledge of UK legislation and Workday UK Payroll.
- Proficient in Workday integrations, including EIB and Core Connectors.
- Strong understanding of Workday security processes, business process impact assessment, and configuration.
- Experience in Workday release impact assessment and testing.
- Understanding of transport objects.
- Familiarity with Jira and Agile methodologies.
