Position Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated Salesforce Commerce Cloud Lead looking for an opportunity to showcase their talent in an environment that encourages creativity and innovation.

Responsibilities:

  • Work as a lead on SFCC Lead for headless commerce implementation project.
  • Must have implemented at least 2 projects with SFCC as headless commerce in scope.
  • Build for functionality keeping performance, security, interoperability, error handling and monitoring in mind.
  • Work as a lead developer lead for B2C websites with team size 2-4 developers.
  • install all prerequisites required for the SFCC project and set up the project.
  • Create/ Update/Modify SFCC OCAPI and B2C Commerce APIs on provided design specs.
  • Perform Code Reviews & Deploy the codebase in Cloud Environments.
  • Planning & Estimating frontend tasks and assigned tickets to respective developers.
  • Mentoring Juniors developers, Code review and problem-solving experience.
  • Modify Business manager, configuring slots, assets, promotions, coupons and campaigns etc.
  • Facilitate communication between developers to resolve blocking issues, answer questions and keep the team moving forward.
  • Partner with Technical Architect to understand technical designs and estimates, and challenge or improve based on your extensive expertise.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in computer science or related field (or equivalent work experience) required.
  • Must have 8+ years of professional experience in web application development as a back-end commerce developer.
  • Salesforce Commerce Cloud B2C Developer certification - Must
  • Experience working in a senior member or technical lead role on SFCC implementations with SFRA or SG Controllers Must
  • Exceptional attention to detail and knowledge of coding/application design best practices
  • Exhibits a sense of urgency when dealing with break fix issues that directly impact end user utilization.
  • Able to manage problem solving activities efficiently and effectively either in a team format or individually.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, especially navigating multiple time Zones and cultural differences.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience and interest in Headless Commerce Implementations.
  • Experience with SiteGenesis
  • Hand-on experience with continuous integration and deployment automation in an SFCC environment.
