Job Description

. Understand implicit and explicit client requirements

Analyze learning needs and propose design solutions

Analyze source material for content gaps

Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts to acquire content

Create high-level and detailed design documents

Conduct design and product walkthroughs with clients

Review storyboards and final products to ensure design integrity

Showcase capabilities to new clients/client stakeholders

Provide inputs for RFPs/estimation/prototypes/POCs.

Establish and maintain customer relationship
