Job Description:

  • Must have worked on React.js, Next.js with hands on exposure to calling APIs in Backend Ecommerce Engine.
  • Produce quality, on-budget, and on-schedule solutions on projects.
  • Creatively solve complex problems.
  • Experience working as a React.js developer with NextJS, proficiency with building responsive layouts using Tailwind CSS and CSS-precompilation. Extensive exposure on working with Typescript.
  • Experience with browser-based debugging and performance testing software.
  • Experience refactoring code and algorithms for improved performance and robustness.
  • Experience working on design systems building highly composable, reusable components.
  • Experience with code review, performance analysis, and understanding of large-scale application infrastructure
    and dependencies.
  • Knowledge of unit testing frameworks, including Jest and React Testing Library.
  • Familiarity with design patterns and microservices-based architecture patterns.
  • Manage continuous frontend performance optimization.
  • Contribute to internal initiatives like improving the development processes.
  • Plan, design, build, and review content-managed, usable, and accessible, and standards-compliant websites.
  • Participate in frontend web development project life cycle from pitch/prototyping through definition and design to build, integration, QA, and delivery.


  • Assist producers/project managers with effort estimation, timeline planning, and requirement gathering for all projects.
  • Inculcate a culture of innovation and high quality in the teams.
  • Influence, collaborate, and communicate effectively with the leadership.
  • Motivate, mentor, and encourage multi-tasking within the team.
  • Work in a fast-paced development environment - interact with product owners, business analysts, testers, and developers.
  • Design overall solutions and individual applications.
  • Contribute toward excellence in a highly collaborative, team-oriented environment.
  • Manage team concerns in the right way with guidance from the division head.
  • Good to have knowledge or practical /hands on exposure to Headless E-Commerce projects.

Education and Work Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in IT or related functional business area or equivalent experience.
  • Expertise in HTML or CSS with at least two years of work experience on Salesforce websites.
  • Mandatory experience in object-oriented, best-practice JavaScript and jQuery.
  • Prefer to have exposure on headless commerce.
  • Hands-on expertise in ReactJS & Next JS.
  • Good understanding of e-commerce platforms.
  • Thorough knowledge of HTML/CSS and collateral technologies.
