Location: Remote
Shift: 5 hours PST overlap
Engagement Length: 3-6 months
Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer with 6-7 years of hands-on experience, specializing in Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, and integrations. You will be responsible for developing high-quality solutions, optimizing LWC performance, implementing complex business logic, and integrating Salesforce with external applications. You will play a key role in delivering best-in-class Salesforce solutions that enhance business processes.
Key Responsibilities:

LWC & UI Development: Lead the design and development of scalable and performant Lightning Web Components (LWC) that enhance user interfaces within the Salesforce platform.

Apex & Business Logic: Develop and implement complex business logic using Apex classes, triggers, batch processes, and asynchronous operations.

API Integrations: Integrate Salesforce with external APIs and third-party services using Salesforces standard integration patterns (SOAP, REST, Bulk API).

Performance & Security: Ensure optimal system performance through regular optimization and the implementation of secure coding practices.

Code Review & Quality Assurance: Lead code reviews to maintain high coding standards, provide feedback, and ensure compliance with best practices.

Documentation: Document code and provide clear technical documentation for ease of maintenance and handovers.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Experience: 6-7 years of experience in Salesforce development, specializing in LWC, Apex, and SoQL.

Technical Skills:
-
Deep understanding of LWC lifecycle methods, event handling, data binding, and UI design principles.

Extensive experience writing Apex classes, triggers, batch jobs, and asynchronous processes.

Solid understanding of Salesforce API integration patterns (SOAP, REST, Bulk API).

Salesforce Security & Performance: Knowledge of Salesforce security models, governor limits, and strategies for optimizing performance.

Education: Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.

Certifications: Salesforce Platform Developer I (PD1) certification required; PD2 (Platform Developer II) preferred.

Communication Skills: Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Salesforce Aura components and Visualforce (VF) pages.

Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
