Job Responsibilities

  • Establishes productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned strategic customer accounts.
  • Meets assigned targets of cross-sell objectives in assigned strategic accounts.
  • Proactively leads a joint company-strategic account planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones.
  • Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates customer needs on an ongoing basis.
  • Leads solution development efforts that best address customer needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company personnel.
  • Meets assigned expectations for revenue and profitability.
  • Achieves strategic customer objectives defined by company management.
  • Completes strategic customer account plans that meet company standards.
  • Maintains high customer satisfaction ratings that meet company standards.
  • Closely coordinates company executive involvement with customer management.
  • Works closely with Customer Solutioning Representatives to ensure customer satisfaction and problem resolution.
  • Coordinates the involvement of company personnel, including key account managers, product team, solutioning team, sales specialists, implementation resources, service resources, and other sales and management resources as needed.
  • This position may have direct report staff assigned to support responsibilities for specific customer

Desired Skills

  • Minimum of 8-12 years experience
  • Demonstrated successful revenue growth in B2B environment
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Master's degree from MBA college
  • Excellent teamwork skills and collaborative mindset
  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams
