Job Responsibilities
- Establishes productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned strategic customer accounts.
- Meets assigned targets of cross-sell objectives in assigned strategic accounts.
- Proactively leads a joint company-strategic account planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones.
- Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates customer needs on an ongoing basis.
- Leads solution development efforts that best address customer needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company personnel.
- Meets assigned expectations for revenue and profitability.
- Achieves strategic customer objectives defined by company management.
- Completes strategic customer account plans that meet company standards.
- Maintains high customer satisfaction ratings that meet company standards.
- Closely coordinates company executive involvement with customer management.
- Works closely with Customer Solutioning Representatives to ensure customer satisfaction and problem resolution.
- Coordinates the involvement of company personnel, including key account managers, product team, solutioning team, sales specialists, implementation resources, service resources, and other sales and management resources as needed.
- This position may have direct report staff assigned to support responsibilities for specific customer
Desired Skills
- Minimum of 8-12 years experience
- Demonstrated successful revenue growth in B2B environment
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Master's degree from MBA college
- Excellent teamwork skills and collaborative mindset
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams
