Assumptions and Dependencies
- All required organizational elements data will be provided by BEEAH.
- All master data and open transactional data required for the data migration will be provided by BEEAH in the specified templates shared by Bosch.
- BEEAH will provide display access to legacy or old systems in case it is needed.
- The processes mentioned in the scope cover all legal entities.
- Standard reports and FIORI applications in accordance with S/4HANA best practices.
- Process testing will be limited to common business processes within the company code.
Exclusions
- SAP Global Trade Services (GTS) is considered as out of scope.
- Integration with any third-party systems, including EDI interface other than listed in the document.
- Dealer Management System.
- Sales Rebate Processing.
- Foreign Trade Compliance
- Any activity not mentioned in SD scope, assumptions and dependencies will not be considered in this project scope and will have to be discussed and agreed mutually between BGSW and BEEAH for any revised effort.
