Job Description
- We are looking for a Technical consultant in C4C sales & service module with minimum 2-5 years of technical experience in SAP C4C and SAP ECC.
The ideal candidate should have:
- Experience in minimum 1 end-to-end implementation and multiple support projects using SAP C4C/BYD SDK (Software Development Kit).
- Experience in UI designing/extensibility/embedded components, workflows, MDR, mash-up web services, OData services, custom approval process, DWB, custom data types, reuse libraries, customizing forms and configuring reports and custom data source.
- Experience in developing and consuming OData services, web services and APIs for C4C integration with other systems such as SAP ERP, HUB SPOT, etc.
- Experience in ABAP, IDOC, middleware and dump analysis for SAP ECC integration and troubleshooting.
- Good understanding of C4C functional/objects model and best practices for SAP C4C sales and service cloud, including master data, transactional data, iBase, warranty, ticket/work ticket, contracts, maintenance plans, account hierarchy, visits and route planning, resource scheduler, territory management, campaign process, etc.
- Excellent debugging/tracing skills and knowledge on code-list mapping and ID mapping.
- Excellent communication skills in English and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
As a Technical consultant in C4C sales & service module, you will be responsible for:
- Gathering technical requirements from functional/business departments and translating them into technical specifications.
- Designing, building and configuring SAP C4C applications to meet technical requirements and business process.
- Developing and testing customizations, enhancements and integrations using SAP C4C/BYD SDK, OData services, web services and APIs.
- Supporting the end-to-end implementation and deployment of SAP C4C projects including data migration, testing, training and go-live activities.
- Providing post-go-live support and maintenance for SAP C4C applications and resolving issues as per SLAs.
- Documenting technical designs, test cases and results and ensuring adherence to best practices and standards.
