Responsibilities: 

• Master's degree Computer Science, Engineering or a related quantitative discipline
• At least 10 years with experience testing and developing software, including installation, test automation, and test plan documentation.
• Proven experience as a Team lead
• Experience working on HCM products
• Experience with SoapUI, web services, XML, SQL
• Experience with:
• Selenium - automation, including developing frameworks
• Visual Studio Ultimate- performance/scalability testing tools
• Test Rail - test plan and test case development, management, and reporting
• Experience with developing in Java, C#, or C++
• Experience with CM, build management and continuous integration.
• Experience with the Performance testing design, implementation and reporting.
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment is a plus.
