About the job D365 Retail Functional Consultant
Education and Work Experience Requirements:
This section is used to describe what knowledge, skills and abilities are required to perform the daily tasks.
· Pro9ven experience in implementing and supporting Microsoft POS systems, such as Microsoft Dynamics 365
for Retail or Microsoft Retail Management System (RMS).
· Experience required - 5 to 8 years with hands-on experience on D365 F&O Commerce development.
· Good exposure in Retail Store commerce/MPOS, Type script, C#, CRT and Hardware station
· Show have knowledge in Unit testing of developed components, Creation of Technical design documents and
Ability to understand FDDs
· Strong understanding of retail business processes, including inventory management, sales, and customer
relationship management.
· Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze and resolve technical issues
effectively.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and understand their needs.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
· Familiarity with other Microsoft technologies, such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, SQL Server, and Azure, is a
plus.
· Certification in Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Retail or Microsoft Retail Management System (RMS) is desirable.
