Job Description:

  • 4+ years of experience with ServiceNow is required for hands-on design, development, and deployment experience with the Service-now platform.
  • 2-3 years of Experience with ServiceNow the GRC and IRM in an enterprise production environment.
  • Service now implementation experience of solutions (configuration and customization) for all components of the ServiceNow GRC product.
  • Ability to assess vendor security within Compliance and Risk applications.
  • Ability to leverage ServiceNow GRC tools to track, monitor, report, and remediate findings.
  • Import data into GRC application tables. Execute functional component testing on GRC workflows.
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow fundamentals in ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB & Asset, Service Catalog).
  • The candidate will be responsible for analyzing business process maps and requirements, admin, maintenance and support of existing processes and functionality, and development of new processes according to ITSM best practices and using ServiceNow.
  • Experience in working with cloud platforms, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
  • Experience in using ServiceNow plugins, such as MID Server, Pattern Designer, and Service Graph Connector
  • Experience in creating and maintaining custom patterns, probes, sensors, and schedules for ServiceNow Discovery
  • Experience in designing and implementing service maps and configuration items for ServiceNow Service Mapping
  • Experience in managing and optimizing cloud resources and costs for ServiceNow Cloud Management
  • Experience in configuring and using event sources, rules, alerts, and actions for ServiceNow Event Management
  • Experience in migrating and integrating data and applications from legacy systems to ServiceNow ITOM
  • Handon experience in implementing various integration using REST, SOAP, Integration hub, store apps and plugins etc.
  • ServiceNow mainline certification CSA/CAD/CIS of GRC
