Mandatory:SHould Have Experience in Invoicing,Billing,Payment, Procurement.
The HR IT Systems Analyst will work with the business to clarify requirements, map them to systems capabilities, and recommend technical solutions in the Workday landscape. Convert requirements into technical terms for the development team, and advise on resource requirements, scope, budgets, and timing. Develop use cases, customer scenarios, and/or demos, and plan and coordinate testing of the newly developed or enhanced applications between the business and the development teams. Document changes and create troubleshooting guides, may provide Level 3 production support when Level 1 or 2 is unable to solve a problem. Work on several projects simultaneously in teams with other Systems Analysts and developers.
Responsibilities:
- Solid understanding of Workday Integration development, experience using Workday Studio, PICOF/PECI, EIB, API, custom reports, core connector integrations and calculated fields.
- Solid understanding of Workday Time Tracking configuration and implementation.
- Solid understanding of payroll and benefits business processes and related integrations.
- Solid understanding of SQL, XLST, and other data transformation methodologies.
- Solid understanding of API and other integration technologies.
- Manage projects of small to medium size and scope.
- Translate users requests into application system solutions. Analyze system user requirements to define and design system configuration, enhancements, and modifications.
- Resolve business issues by working with various groups within and outside of the company (ie. system users, company management, consultants, software support staff).
- Work in multidisciplinary teams to define and design complex processes and procedures for the configuration, upgrade, and maintenance of SQL, Workday, and ServiceNow and related application systems.
- Define requirements for specific forms/reports.
- Design test plans, execute test scenarios, validate test data, and document test results.
- Coordinate end-user training documentation and train end users as required.
- Perform project management and detailed analysis of business practices, processes, and scenarios.
- Utilize query and reporting tools to provide flexible and timely information to system users and determine the appropriate programming tools to supply information to system users.
- Perform high level project management functions: coordinating, organizing, planning, and scheduling, communicating, tracking accountability, ensuring documentation, monitoring and evaluating, problem solving and technical assistance.
- May have primary responsibility for support and maintenance of HR applications or systems.
- Participate in the creation and enforcement of IT software standards and procedures.
- Maintain accuracy of helpdesk database of reported problems and the knowledgebase of corrective actions which resolved issue.
Requirements:
- BE/BA in Computer Science, MIS, or related degree or equivalent work experience
- Minimum 5 to 7 years Analyst Experience specific to Workday Integrations.
- Proven Software Systems experience
- Proven understanding of system development, report writing, and SQL.
- Production support and project experience
- Must have strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and organizational skills with high degree of attention to detail.
- Must have ability to interact with all levels and work on multiple projects simultaneously with minimum of supervision.
