About the job SAP FSM Consultant
Job Description
Candidate should have 4 to 7 years of experience as a SAP FSM consultant.
Perform extensive FSM configurations, including planning, scheduling, dispatching, mobile setup, and workflow definitions.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and design FSM solutions aligned with business goals.
Support customization of FSM UI, business rules, templates, and service flows as per client-specific needs.
Manage data synchronization, handle API configurations, and troubleshoot integration issues across systems.
Ensure delivery of high-quality documentation, testing, and deployment activities for each project phase.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like Jira or Azure DevOps.
Skills Required:
Deep knowledge of SAP FSM configuration, mobile setup, workflow management, and technician enablement.
Configure and manage Crowd Portal features such as partner onboarding, contractor management, and job execution tracking.
Integrate SAP FSM with SAP S/4HANA and SAP Service Cloud v2 for seamless service execution, master data synchronization, and ticket lifecycle management.
Strong understanding of integration architecture between SAP FSM, S/4HANA, and SAP Service Cloud v2.
Experience working with SAP BTP, SAP Integration Suite, and APIs (REST, OData).
Functional knowledge of Service processes, Service Orders, Notifications, and Workforce Management.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to debug and resolve technical-functional issues.
Excellent communication and client-facing skills with experience in leading workshops and training.
SAP FSM certification or relevant SAP Service certifications are a plus.
