Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Power BI Developer to join our team, responsible for developing and managing Power BI reports and dashboards, integrating Power Apps and Power Tools, and working with SharePoint. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Microsoft Power Platform and a proven track record of delivering business intelligence and reporting solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop Power BI Dashboards & Reports: Design, create, and maintain dynamic, visually compelling dashboards and reports using Power BI, tailored to meet business requirements.
  • Power Apps & Power Automate: Develop applications and automation workflows using Power Apps and Power Automate to streamline business processes and enhance user experience.
  • Data Integration: Integrate and automate data from various sources, including SharePoint, SQL Server, and cloud services, into Power BI and Power Apps.
  • SharePoint Integration: Design and implement SharePoint sites for collaboration and data management. Develop workflows and dashboards integrated with SharePoint.
  • Data Modeling & ETL: Perform data transformation, data modeling, and ensure data accuracy and performance optimization in Power BI.
  • Collaboration & Support: Work closely with business analysts, stakeholders, and other developers to understand business requirements, provide technical support, and deliver insights.
  • Security & Governance: Implement role-based security, data access policies, and governance models for Power BI reports and SharePoint content.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation for the Power BI solutions, data flows, and processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience in business intelligence, reporting, and data visualization with Power BI.
  • Hands-on experience with Power Apps and Power Automate for process automation and application development.
  • Strong experience in SharePoint Online/SharePoint 2016/2019: building workflows, customizing SharePoint lists, and integrating it with Power BI.
  • Expertise in data modeling, DAX (Data Analysis Expressions), and Power Query for efficient data transformation and analysis.
  • Experience with ETL processes and data integration from multiple sources (e.g., SQL Server, SharePoint, Excel, REST APIs).
  • Proficiency in SQL and T-SQL for data querying and optimization.
  • Knowledge of cloud-based environments (e.g., Azure) and SharePoint administration.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Experience with Power Tools and PowerShell scripting is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and present data insights effectively.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with Azure Data Factory or similar cloud-based ETL tools.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Teams integration with Power BI and SharePoint.
  • Certification in Power BI or Power Platform is a plus.
