Role: Salesforce Service Cloud BA

Experience: 6+ years

Shift timings: 6-00 PM to 3-00 AM

Locations: Remote

Roles and Responsibilities:

  Salesforce Service Cloud hands on and Amazon Connect good to have

  BA Skills (User Stories, JIRA, Agile Methodology)

  Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM Products to develop client or business solutions

  Hands on experience configuring Salesforce or similar CRM Product, including workflows,

Work with clients and end-users to gather, understand, and define business requirements.

  Good to have any Salesforce certification.

  Hands-on Experience in automation such as Workflow, Process builder, and Flows (In- depth knowledge is Mandatory)

  Evaluate and incorporate new technologies into new and existing frameworks and solutions

  as applicable Collaborate with and mentor members of the team and other co-workers

  Participate in key meetings with clients including requirement sessions, system demos user

  acceptance testing, and end-user training.

  Good to have coding skills but not mandatory

  Must have experience in handling multiple projects and deliver them on time.

  Excellent communication skills and ability to communicate at all levels of the organization

  Ability to translate business requirements into technical deliverable

  Strong Experience in working with Data management tools

  Strong documentation, prioritization and training skills.
