SAP CRM Functional Consultant

  • 10+ years of overall SAP experience in a functional/technical/user role
  • Must have a good understanding of business processes, particularly Utility Industry shared services.
  • Must have excellent customer-facing and soft skills, solution-oriented, looking for win-win opportunities.
  • Must have experience in managing multiple initiatives.
  • Analyze business requirements and perform fit-gap analysis to come up with required Configuration and Development items.
  • Configuration of SAP system to support business requirements using Web UI Configuration tool set.
  • Strong SAP- ISU/CCS CRM Functional and configuration problem-solving skills.
  • Five+ years of experience in the SAP Module CRM deep understanding of the integration to the SAP ERP
  • Experiences in implementation projects, requirements taking, SAP CRM configurations, testing, and start-up support.
  • Functional analysis and testing (SAP Portal / SAP CRM)
  • Communication, training, assistance to users (internal/external) and pre-sales
  • In-depth knowledge of SAP CRM Service Module, CRM sales and marketing, and Interfaces with ECC Good understanding of cross-domain functionalities, dependencies, and cause-effect fundamentals
  • Sales contracts, quotations, and sales order document type, item category, and item category determination
  • Transaction Settings for Service Order Processes, Service Order Quotations, Service Plans, Service Confirmation, Service Contracts, Service complaints and returns.
