Job Description

  • Experience required 4 + years (Mandatory)
  • User Experience (UX) to conceptualize the layout and functionality contained within interactive experience interfaces of websites and mobile applications. Working alongside the functional owners, designers, and development team,
  • The UX Designer is responsible for conceptualizing and optimizing the usability of a website or mobile application to allow the various user roles to accomplish their objectives in a manner that results in the best possible user experience.
  • The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, intuitive, and possesses a keen understanding of technology as it affects user experiences.
  • Design disruptive experiences and deliver meaningful outcomes at scale.
  • Bring consistency of user experience, and reusable design patterns & bring scale in design across digital office solutions.
  • With a diverse portfolio of over 100+ design projects encompassing a combination of research and design in the digital space, we have the skills and techniques to deliver.
  • Expert in overall CX and crafting experience strategies. Benchmark Brillio solutions & designs with industry standards & drive global standards in design.
  • Create use cases to identify user roles and user objectives Analyse data and content to architect website sitemaps and application screen flows
  • Conceptualize the layout of intuitive user interfaces in the form of wireframe mock-ups Optimize the usability of existing interfaces by assessing the existing layout of data and proposing updated layouts and functionality
  • Participate in documenting functional requirements of proposed interface solutions
  • Ability to run design thinking workshops and document outcomes
  • Ability to present the team's work and articulate design
  • Calculate design efforts and provide estimations of people loading maps
  • Create proposals to provide strategies for design intervention in transformation stories
  • Maintain familiarity with the capabilities of various programming technologies (JavaScript, HTMLCSS, etc.)
  • Mentor and nurture a team of junior designers. Oversee design work by the team, review & guide.
