Job Description Responsibilities: Serves as a member of Support team to assist troubleshoot application issues and fix the incident Perform triage and escalate incidents as required (Application/Security/3rd Party etc) Create RCA report and share with stakeholders,implement measure to mitigate the recurrence of all such incidents in future Assist implementation of automated remediation where possible, leveraging event triggers/automation (IAC/PAC etc.) Implement best practices for instrumentation of services/technology stack being used in the environment, ;amp;amp;amp; continuous update as the applicable Developing or updating support documentation and FAQs Take part in 24x7 Shift Rotations including Morning, Evening and Night Shifts Work out of hours based on the request to perform production support activities Able to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining quality customer response Manage incidents in the incident management tools like Jira, etc Timely Response to incidents and take to closure by effectively communicating status with end customers Continuous improvement of the support process based on the encounter incidents/tickets Relevant Experience Amazing troubleshooting and logic skills to diagnose customer problems, obtain results and then provide solutions Great organizational skills and be able to multitask and prioritize incidents/tickets to work at the same time Knowledge with Security products like ClearQuest, AppScan, Fortify, etc is an added advantage Knowledge with Container technologies (Kubernetes, Docker) Knowledge with complex virtualized network configurations and integration with a physical network infrastructure Troubleshoot ;amp;amp;amp; break-fix support for applications ;amp;amp;amp; 3rd party integrations deployed in AWS Triage incidents with customer s engineering teams and escalate as necessary to internal teams or engage 3rd party support, Able to effectively work in a group, or as an independent individual contributor, Understanding of following technology stack o RDS (MYSQL, PostgreSQL) o Redis o Docker, Kubernetes (ECS, EKS) o Kafka, ZooKeeper o Spring, SpringBoot, Kong o React, Java, JS, Angular o EC2 (Windows ;amp;amp;amp; Linux), IAM Experience working in an Agile development environment Excellent collaboration skills and ability to work in a global team Qualifications A Bachelor ;amp;amp;#39;s Degree with 5-8 Years of industrial experience, 3+ years of product support leveraging Java, Spring Boot, Kafka, JS and Related DevOps Toolsets in AWS Cloud Job Functions Support Senior Engineer (Product Support)
