Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

  • Graduate.
  • SAP Application Monitoring & SAP BI/BW Jr Consultant
  • SAP Idoc / RFC / Queue Monitoring and support ( ECC 6.0 & S/4 HANA )

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. 3-5 Yrs of SAP BI/BW Experienc
  2. 1-2 Yrs of Experience in customer support for handling Tier 1 problems in a SAP SD or MM Module
  3. Strong understanding in Building / designing BW solutions using BW 7.3 and above and BW on HANA or HANA solutions including HANA modelling, HANA studio
  4. Must have worked in creating variables, customer exit and DSO/ADSO/CUBE/Multi provider/Composite Provider design and modelling
  5. Understanding of Integration of BO with BW or other reporting tools (Specifically SAP Lumira & Power BI ) and hands-on experience with different reporting tool.
  6. Good Understanding of ABAP, ABAP on HANA coding principles and PL / SQL.
  7. Experience in BW performance tuning for optimizing reports, back-end data models.
  8. Expertise in SAP and Non SAP extraction and Experience of functional aspects would be a plus.
  9. Knowledge on IDOC Error Monitoring / Issue Fixing , Analysis on Job Failures and bug fixing .
  10. Responsible for monitoring SAP scheduled jobs / IDOCS / Queue ( RFC / QRFC )
  11. Developing and maintaining client relationships and collaborative team environments with internal colleagues and client business/IT staff.
  12. Support in capturing business requirements, system design, recommendations and prototyping including potential solution options.
  13. Completing design documentation and defines implementation strategies to include outlining short-term and long-term options for clients.
  14. Supervising test development, completes test designs and conducts system testing to ensure effective test execution strategy for project.
  15. Identifying and resolving issues stemming from configuration and identified through testing.
  16. Develops training materials, identifies a delivery strategy and facilitates training for end-users to ensure client satisfaction and successful end-user adoption.
  17. Works with Developers, Business Development, Professional Services Management, and other Rising resources to provide pre-sales assistance and accurate Statement of Work preparation.
  18. Provides training, coaching, and mentoring to other consultants and client contacts.
  19. Completes continuing education activities to attain and maintain professional certifications and upgrade skillset on timely manner and support team's skill development.
  20. Guiding clients in continues improvement in process & stabilizing the system operations.
  21. Ensuring the delivery as per the defined process, SLAs and KPIs
  22. Guiding customers in upgrading the systems as per the market requirements
  23. Good cooperation skills and able to work cross-capability with a mix of internal and external consultants.
  24. Experience of working for MNC clients and very good command of English language (speaking & writing)
  25. Demonstrate strong leadership, innovation, problem-solving and organizational skills.
