Senior Superintendent Camp

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of camp services; including catering, housekeeping, laundry, recreational facilities, transportation, gardening and pest control.
• Ensure that all facilities and equipment are well-maintained and operational.
• Implement and monitor service contracts with third-party vendors to ensure quality and compliance.
• Develop and maintain operational plans, budgets, and schedules to optimize efficiency.
• Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements

Experience:

• Minimum of 10 years experience in hospitality or customer service sectors

• Demonstrated experience in leading multi skilled work teams

• Demonstrated experience in developing the skills and competencies of people in developing countries

Capabilities:

• Has strong customer focus and teamwork skills to listen, interact, influence and deploy
• Has strong public speaking and presentation skills, including the ability to communicate clearly and concisely through written and oral forms

Education, Qualifications, Tickets, Licences:

• Bachelors Degree in Business / Hospitality
• Hold a valid drivers licence
