Job Description:

• Assisting Founder and/or teachers to use evidence-based strategies to help students learn self-regulation and coping skills, and to promote positive behavior.
• Assisting Founder and/or teachers to resolve conflict and managing classroom crises
• Collaborating with other teaching professionals to develop educational
  programs
• Communicating effectively with students, parents, colleagues, and Founder 
• Assisting Founder and/or teachers to create teaching plans based on students' abilities and modifying materials to meet their needs
• Assisting Founder and/or teachers to keep track of student data and paperwork
• Assisting Founder and/or teachers to monitor student performance, behavior, social development, and health.
