About the job Account Officer

  • Record company expenses and income in Excel and put category on each
  • Sort expenses with bills, Make sure bills for each expense
  • Sort income and Invoice linked to it
  • Declare at the end of each month the amount of VAT to be paid and Salary value added tax. As well as issuing VAT certificate to customers
  • Manage company transfer by going to the bank
  • Manage salary transfer, eating wage, fuel allowance
  • Discuss with the tax consultant and director to make sure the accounting of the company is legal
  • Help tax consultant to close all the accounts at the end of the year, and assist to meeting with MOF officials for Finance subjects.
  • Assist in the procurement for the office supply
  • Send or pick up documents at the ministry or customers office
  • Establish system & SOP to facilitate its own department work (or other department work which are directly related to finance department)
  • Make weekly AP & AR report and monthly reports for Profit & loss as well as SG&A of company
  • Perform other duty as assigned
