Job description:

  • Analyze and utilize market information to increase sales volumes and gain competitor advantage by working closely with the marketing department.
  • Do regular field accompaniments with the Area Sales Managers at least once a month and at least two field accompaniments with the Sales Representatives.
  • Recruit, discipline and develop sales personnel by using the performance
    management system to manage staff performance objectively and effectively.
  • Ensure that the sales force plan, monitor and execute their journey plans
    efficiently to cover their markets effectively according to their Daily call plan (DCP)
  • Role model exemplary leadership qualities by motivating, coaching and
    developing staff for succession planning purposes
  • Budgets for operating costs, promotional and event expenditure with Commercial Manager and allocate these to Area Sales Managers as regional/channel targets and budgets.
  • Conduct business review with distributors in the region on the quarterly basis 
  • Implement and maintain the accepted Route-To-Market in assigned region(s)

Requirement:

  • Bachelor Degree of Marketing, Business Admin or Economics
    Possess a minimum of 5 years experience working in a multinational FMCG (fast
  • moving consumer goods) company in a sales or marketing related role
