Job description: 

• Conduct routine health check-ups and assessments for employees, including pre- employment medical examinations and periodic health screenings.
  
• Deliver the health-related awareness sessions to employees.
• Develop and implement wellbeing programs to enhance employee well-being and encourage healthy lifestyle choices.
• Maintain accurate medical records for employees, documenting consultations, treatments, and referrals. Prepare reports on health trends, occupational hazards, and compliance with health regulations
• Carry out medical/health related administration processes, in accordance with established procedures
• Collaborate with external healthcare providers, regulatory bodies, and occupational health specialists as needed.
• Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards pertaining to occupational health and safety. Ensure compliance with legal requirements and company policies related to employee health.

Requirement:

• A medical degree from an accredited institution
• A minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in the healthcare or hospital sector
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English
