KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Develop and implement effective student recruitment strategies to meet enrollment targets.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective students, schools, and community organizations.
- Identify and engage potential customers through various channels to generate leads.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business
- Conduct presentations and participate in college fairs, open houses, and other recruitment events.
- Manage the admissions process, providing guidance and support to prospective students and their families.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns.
- Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process.
- Utilize data analysis to evaluate recruitment efforts and adjust strategies as needed.
- Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to create promotional materials and campaigns.
- Stay informed about trends in higher education and student recruitment practices.
ESSENTIAL KNOWLEDGE, ABILITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS
1. Bachelors degree in Education, Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
2. Previous experience in student recruitment, admissions, sale or a related area is preferred.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with diverse populations.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
5. Have communication skills in Chinese or English.
