About the job Business Development Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business and marketing plans aligned with client objectives to achieve growth and profitability.
  • Lead strategic business meetings for Zuellig to drive actionable agendas.
  • Optimize client portfolios, rationalize SKUs, and develop categories to enhance growth and efficiency.
  • Motivate and monitor team performance to maximize productivity and alignment with strategies.
  • Manage sales incentives and performance evaluations for Zuellig's approval.
  • Oversee inventory forecasting and stock management as per client agreements.
  • Strengthen relationships with key customers and ensure sales force effectiveness.
  • Manage Client P&L and ensure achievement of business KPIs through cross-functional collaboration.
  • Analyze market trends and intelligence to maintain competitiveness and identify new opportunities.
  • Address operational issues and lead market research for category trends.

Qualifications:

  • Master Degrees from Health University or Business Administration
  • Work Experiences: 5 years in Healthcare Industry is preferred.
  • Language: Lao, Thai, English compulsory
  • Strong Analytical background and knowledge of statically analysis methods
  • High communication skill, Ability to do presentation
  • Marketing and selling skill
  • Language: Thai and English (Oral, Writing)

Computer skill: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet, Email and other
