About the job Business Development Manager
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute business and marketing plans aligned with client objectives to achieve growth and profitability.
- Lead strategic business meetings for Zuellig to drive actionable agendas.
- Optimize client portfolios, rationalize SKUs, and develop categories to enhance growth and efficiency.
- Motivate and monitor team performance to maximize productivity and alignment with strategies.
- Manage sales incentives and performance evaluations for Zuellig's approval.
- Oversee inventory forecasting and stock management as per client agreements.
- Strengthen relationships with key customers and ensure sales force effectiveness.
- Manage Client P&L and ensure achievement of business KPIs through cross-functional collaboration.
- Analyze market trends and intelligence to maintain competitiveness and identify new opportunities.
- Address operational issues and lead market research for category trends.
Qualifications:
- Master Degrees from Health University or Business Administration
- Work Experiences: 5 years in Healthcare Industry is preferred.
- Language: Lao, Thai, English compulsory
- Strong Analytical background and knowledge of statically analysis methods
- High communication skill, Ability to do presentation
- Marketing and selling skill
- Language: Thai and English (Oral, Writing)
