Role Overview
- Design, deliver, and evaluate technical and operational training programs for automotive service centers.
- Develop the technical skills, safety awareness, customer service capabilities, and operational excellence of technicians, supervisors, and service advisors.
- Support onboarding, certification, upskilling, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver technical training on:
- Tire services
- Wheel alignment and balancing
- Brake maintenance and repair
- Battery testing and replacement
- Oil and fluid services
- Suspension and steering systems
- Vehicle inspections
- Basic diagnostics and preventive maintenance
- Conduct induction, onboarding, refresher, and skill enhancement programs.
- Develop and update training materials, SOPs, manuals, presentations, and assessment tools.
- Create structured learning paths and certification programs.
- Assess employee competencies, identify skill gaps, and recommend development plans.
- Monitor training effectiveness and maintain training records and certifications.
- Coach and mentor technicians, supervisors, and team leaders.
- Support workshop productivity, quality improvement, and operational consistency.
- Conduct field visits to evaluate adherence to procedures and training effectiveness.
- Promote workplace safety, HSE compliance, and regulatory standards.
- Train service teams on customer service, communication, and complaint resolution best practices.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Technical Education, or a related field.
- 6–9 years of automotive service experience, preferably in tire service, quick-service, or multi-brand service environments.
- 2–3 years of experience in technical training, coaching, or workshop supervision.
- Hands-on experience with automotive diagnostics, maintenance procedures, and workshop equipment.
- Gender & Nationality Preference: Male, Philippine Nationals
- Age Requirement: 45 years old and below
