Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise day-to-day operations of the pharmaceutical business and branches.
- Ensure smooth workflow across sales, logistics, inventory, and customer service functions.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Monitor operational performance and prepare periodic reports for management.
- Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical regulations, company policies, and quality standards.
- Oversee branch operations and ensure achievement of operational and financial targets.
- Monitor branch performance, staff productivity, and customer satisfaction levels.
- Coordinate with branch teams to ensure proper stock availability and inventory control.
- Handle operational issues and implement corrective actions when required.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand market presence.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare institutions, pharmacies, distributors, and key clients.
- Lead, motivate, and manage operational and branch staff.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide training and development support.
