- Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in procurement, preferably in project-based or industrial sectors.
- Experience in energy, infrastructure, or engineering projects.
- Proficiency in procurement software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Knowledge of contract law, international sourcing, and vendor management best practices.
- Responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and managing supplier relationships to ensure timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services aligned with project and business needs.
- Execute end-to-end procurement processes including RFQs, bid evaluations, PO issuance, and contract management.
- Collaborate with project teams to understand material and service requirements.
- Identify and qualify suppliers, ensuring compliance with company standards and project specifications.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules to optimize value and mitigate risk.
- Monitor supplier performance and resolve issues related to quality, delivery, or invoicing.
- Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation in ERP systems.
- Support audits and ensure adherence to procurement policies and procedures.
- Contribute to cost-saving initiatives and continuous improvement efforts.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
