Accountant – Cost Control

We're Hiring: Accountant – Cost Control

People Dynamics is currently looking for a skilled Accountant (Cost Control) to join a leading organization.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage monthly and annual financial closing activities
Oversee cost allocation, inventory accounting, and WIP analysis
Prepare product cost sheets and support pricing decisions
Handle inventory reconciliation and reporting
Support audit processes and ensure compliance with accounting standards
Drive continuous improvement in cost control and reporting processes

Requirements:
Degree in Finance (CA / CMA / ACCA preferred)
Minimum 6 years of experience in management accounting within a manufacturing environment
Strong experience in cost control, inventory management, and financial reporting
Hands-on experience with Oracle systems
Advanced Excel and reporting skills
Experience in Big 4 firms and/or manufacturing industry is an advantage
