About the job HR Consultant (3 Months)

  • Analyze and review all current job descriptions to ensure alignment with the updated organizational structure.
  • Draft clear, concise job descriptions for new and existing positions, focusing on effective role optimization and eliminating overlaps or duplications.
  • Collaborate with HR and other stakeholders to incorporate changes based on revised strategies and priorities, ensuring compliance and risk management.
  • Maintain a centralized database of draft and finalized job descriptions and participate in job evaluations and reclassifications as needed.
  • Ensure timely completion of job descriptions and apply recognized job evaluation methodologies to enhance business efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of Bachelors Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Social Sciences or any related discipline.
  • Minimum of 8 years professional experience handling strategic Human Resources function such as Job Analyses, Job Evaluation etc.
  • Comprehensive knowledge in Job Design and Job Descriptions
  • Knowledge in using the Hay Job Evaluation Methodology
  • Excellent English written and speaking communication skills
