About the job Customer Care Agent - 12 Months

  • Attending customer telephone calls which lands on the designated numbers
  • Coordinating with operations team for the required information to be shared with the customers.
  • E mail support which involves
  • Coordinating with operations team to ensure the required queried raised has been addressed and completed.
  • Ensuring the customers are given right information as required by them.
  • Ensure issues are escalated at the right time to the team manager if there any escalation raised by customers

Requirements:

  • Minimum experience required is 2 – 4 years within insurance preferably medical insurance
  • Arab National
  • Bilingual with good communication skills both in English and Arabic
  • Diploma / Graduates 
  • Below 32 years old
  • Must be locally available in Qatar with a valid QID
  • Must be available to join immediately or on a short notice
