  • Provide a centre of expertise in program and project management standards, tools, and best practices.

  • Develop and maintain consistent procedures, templates, and guidelines to support delivery across all programs and projects.

  • Support project and program managers in the creation, updating, and monitoring of project plans and milestones.

  • Identify and track cross-project dependencies to ensure alignment and timely delivery.

  • Establish and maintain project baselines and tracking mechanisms for schedule, cost, and quality performance.

  • Coordinate and monitor progress reporting, ensuring accurate and timely data for dashboards and governance boards.

  • Facilitate workshops on project start-up, planning, risk, and issue management.

  • Assist in the start-up and closure of programs and projects, ensuring all documentation and lessons learned are captured.

  • Design and implement governance and reporting frameworks, ensuring compliance with organizational PMO standards.

  • Support project teams in risk, issue, dependency, and change management, maintaining accurate logs and escalation paths.

  • Develop and manage stakeholder engagement strategies, maintaining up-to-date stakeholder registers.

  • Prepare and present project and program performance reports, including executive summaries and dashboards for senior management.

  • Facilitate quality reviews and ensure adherence to agreed methodologies and best practices.

  • Support the transition management process during handover between projects and operations.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.

  • 5+ years of experience in a PMO, program/project management, or governance role.

  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (PMBOK, PRINCE2, or Agile).

  • Experience in developing and implementing PMO processes, standards, and reporting frameworks.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Power BI, and MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

  • Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Professional certification such as PMP®, PRINCE2®, or PMO Practitioner preferred
