Role Summary

The HR Officer (Consultant) will be primarily responsible for end-to-end recruitment activities, supporting the company with talent acquisition requirements. The role requires strong experience in CV screening, candidate evaluation, and job offer coordination, preferably within the BFSI sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for assigned roles
  • Screen and evaluate CVs in line with job requirements
  • Coordinate and issue job offers to selected candidates
  • Liaise with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand recruitment needs
  • Maintain recruitment documentation and candidate records
  • Support other HR-related tasks as required during the contract period

Candidate Requirements

  • 7–8 years of experience in HR and recruitment
  • Strong experience in recruitment and CV evaluation
  • Prior exposure to BFSI sector recruitment preferred
  • Arabic language proficiency is mandatory
  • Experience working with clients in Qatar or GCC preferred
