  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering
  • Strong experience in Primavera P6, MS Project, MS Office
  • PMP certification preferred
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in project scheduling roles from Oil & Gas / Defense projects
  • Experience working in multiple portfolio or mega projects
  • Great communicator and required strong analytical and reporting skills
  • Responsible for developing, monitoring, and controlling project schedules for multimillion value projects in coordination with project management teams.
  • Developing baseline project schedules using tools such as:

    • Primavera P6
    • MS Project
  • Preparing:
    • Work Breakdown Structures (WBS)
    • Resource-loaded schedules
    • Cost-loaded schedules
    • S-curves and progress reports
  • Monitoring project progress against planned milestones
  • Identifying delays, risks, and critical path impacts
  • Coordinating with:
    • Engineering teams
    • Procurement
    • Construction/site teams
    • Supply chain and subcontractors
  • Preparing recovery plans and mitigation schedules
  • Supporting earned value management (EVM) and KPI reporting
  • Participating in project control and management review meetings
  • Ensuring compliance with contractual timelines and reporting standards
