Role Summary

We are looking for a Program Manager to oversee multiple related projects and ensure successful delivery of strategic business objectives. The role involves defining program vision, managing stakeholders, leading teams, optimizing resources, and ensuring governance across all projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Define program vision, goals, roadmap, and management plans.

• Oversee interdependent projects, ensuring scope, schedule, and resources are well managed.

• Engage with key stakeholders (internal & external) and provide timely communication.

• Lead program governance, risk management, and consolidated reporting.

• Allocate and manage resources effectively across projects.

• Mentor and guide teams to deliver high performance.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelors degree (Masters preferred).

• 7+ years of project/program management experience.

• Preferred: PMP or Portfolio Management Professional certification.
