Requirements:

  • 10+ years extensive experience in designing and implementing comprehensive career development programs and initiatives preferably in the Defense sector
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., L&D, Organizational Development, or a technical discipline). A Master's degree is a plus.
  • Must be a native English speaker preferably from any Western countries.
  • Strong understanding of technical roles, competencies, and career paths within the organization.
  • Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
  • Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and other e-learning platforms.
  • Ability to analyze data and metrics to measure the effectiveness and impact of career development programs.
  • Professional certifications related to career development, coaching, or training are desirable.
