About the job Talent Development Consultant (1 Year Contract)

  • Provide guidance and support to all the activities related to the design of the Career Development Framework for the employees of the organization, as follows:
    • o Identify and confirm technical competencies found within (and across) divisions, to departmental level.
    • o Develop descriptors statements for each competency differentiated over five levels of proficiency, from Awareness to Authority.
    • o Assign relevant competencies to individual positions, each at the appropriate proficiency standards required by the future business, drawing from competencies mapped to the department.
    • o Profile employees against the competencies and proficiency standards assigned to their role.
    • o Identify development areas for current roles and create Development Plans.
    • o Identify requirements and opportunities for programmatic delivery of training and align professional enhancement to support achievement of Development Plans.
    • o Meet with relevant stakeholders to acquire needed information for the above-mentioned responsibilities.
    • o Develop presentations and other needed documents
  • Review the current Calibration Process and provide valuable inputs on how the process can be enhanced to address new business requirements.
