About the job Admin Coordinator- 3 months Contract
- Candidate will be working closely with the Secondment/ODC vendors in scheduling interviews for the shortlisted candidates and ensuring the SLAs are met
- Support the onboarding process by assisting the candidates in issuing/replacing the ID and Access cards.
- Assist in vendor queries and support consultant.
- Have a good written and spoken English knowledge
- Has a minimum of 2 to 3 years of working experience as an office admin with preferable HR onboarding experience
- Hands on experience on tools like MS word, excel, outlook
