About the job Cybersecurity Specialist
The Cybersecurity Specialist will be responsible for implementing, maintaining, monitoring, and reporting cybersecurity controls across both IT and OT infrastructures. The role focuses on safeguarding systems, data, and network infrastructure while ensuring compliance with cybersecurity standards and internal policies.
Key Responsibilities:

Support protection of IT/OT infrastructure against unauthorized access and cyber threats.

Implement data security measures to safeguard sensitive and critical information.

Conduct regular risk assessments and identify vulnerabilities across systems.

Assist in deploying and maintaining security tools such as firewalls, IDS/IPS, and access controls.

Manage identity and access controls, including periodic user access reviews.

Monitor network and system activities for potential threats and report incidents promptly.

Support incident response processes, including investigation, containment, and recovery.

Promote security awareness and best practices among staff.

Stay up to date with evolving cybersecurity threats and technologies.
